About Maddie

Having felt its healing effects firsthand, she set out to help others feel strong and confident, moving to Atlanta after graduating from Auburn to teach full time.
Teaching style
Often called “hard but fun,” a challenge with modifications for every pace, kept light with playful cues.
Favorite exercise
Anything glutes, especially a spicy bridge series for a strong posterior chain.
Fun fact
A lifelong Floridian, she saw snow for the first time in Atlanta this year, but give her a boat any day.
