Our Classes

A must for anyone brand new to pilates. Our beginner classes are in a fun, safe space to familiarize yourself with the Reformer, basic Pilates vocabulary and the fundamental movement philosophy of Pilates. This is a great first step so you will feel confident joining your first Level 1 group class.


Summary: A great introduction to reformer pilates in a setting that feels like a private session.


Intensity Level: Low

Our Signature Level 1 class offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer.
Suitable for novice clients who would like to feel more confidence on the reformer, but are past our introductory class. Also suitable for experienced clients who would like a less strenuous workout. This full body workout allows you to build strength while improving flexibility and posture.

Summary: Great for novice clients as well as experienced clients looking for a more relaxed class with more focus on form.

Intensity Level: Low-Mod

Our Signature Level 2 class offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer.

You’re ready for Level 2 classes when you can do most exercises in the Level 1 class fairly easily, with good form, and without a lot of explanation. Level 2 classes will integrate more intermediate level exercises.

Intermediate exercises generally require more strength and coordination as well as weight bearing and balance.

If you are new to reformer please do not book this class.

Please note: Clients who are in their second or third trimester of pregnancy must get studio approval before attending a level 2 class. If you are a new client, please attend an intro or level 1 class and inform the instructor you are seeking approval for level 2. You must be comfortable laying on your back for 10-minutes at a time. Pregnancy wedge pillows are available.

Intensity Level: Moderate

This advanced reformer class offers a fast-paced progression through variations of classic reformer exercises and challenging balance sequences.

Prerequisite: 5+ Signature 1 and 20+ Signature 2 classes. Megaformer classes will not count towards this class level.

This class is not recommended for any trimester of pregnancy.

Intensity Level: High

This class gives you a cardio workout with minimal impact on your joints. Using a padded footplate, you will alternate between traditional pilates exercises and jumping while laying on the reformer. Not recommended for those who are pregnant.

A must for anyone brand new to tower. Our beginner, semi private (3 people) classes are in a fun, safe space to familiarize yourself with the Tower, a Pilates apparatus that compliments our Reformer classes well. Using the same principles of Pilates you know and love, discover new exercises that will leave you feeling longer and stronger. This is a great first step so you will feel confident joining your first Tower class.

Summary: A great introduction to Tower in a setting that feels like a private session.

Intensity Level: Low

 

Our tower class offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates tower. This is an intermediate-advance class, and will include familiar exercises done on the reformer, as well as introduce some new exercises specific to the tower apparatus. 

Glutes & Abs focuses on targeted exercises to improve core and lower body strength, while applying the pilates principles you know and love.

 Glutes & Abs is taught at a similar pace and intensity to our Signature Level 2 classes. You’re ready for Glutes & Abs when you can do most exercises in the Level 1 class fairly easily, with good form, and without a lot of explanation.

 Intermediate exercises generally require more strength and coordination as well as weight bearing and balance.

 If you are pregnant or new to reformer please do not book this class.

Our prenatal pilates semi-private (3 people max) offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer. 

 Intensity level: Low. 

 

Our postpartum pilates semi-private (3 people max) offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer. Whether you are two months or two years postpartum, learn how to reconnect with your pelvic floor and gain core strength. 

 

Intensity level: Low

 

 

Pilates for seniors is a beginner level, semiprivate (3 people max) class that offers modifications for clients age 60+.

This is a great option for those who are new to pilates, or who prefer a slower paced class with more individual guidance from the instructor.  

Unwind with a series of gentle exercises and stretches to help improve flexibility and spine mobility. This is a great complement to any of our higher-intensity classes.
