Pricing
Transparent & Simple
$450 per hour. Book in 1, 1.5, 2, or 3 hour blocks (1.5 hours is $675). How you pay depends on when your event is.

Deposit & Balance
$250

- $250 deposit secures your date, instructor, and studio
- Remaining balance due 14 days before your event
- Option to pay in full upfront if you prefer
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your event
14 to 30 Days Out
Full Payment
$450/hr

- Full payment due to confirm your reservation
- No deposit required, just one simple payment
- Your date is locked the moment payment clears
- Non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your event
Under 14 Days Out
Rush Booking
$550/hr
includes $100 rush coordination fee
- Full payment + $100 rush fee due within 48 hours
- We can’t hold your date and time until payment is received
- We prioritize securing instructor and front desk coverage
- Subject to studio and instructor availability

Common Questions
Everything You Need to Know
A Studio Buyout is a fully private Pilates class with just your group and your instructor, and the whole studio is yours for the length of your booking. It's perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate team events or any celebration.
Not at all. Our instructors work with every level, from first-timers to regulars, and the class is designed to be fun and welcoming.
Comfortable workout clothes. Grippy socks are required and available for purchase at the front desk. No jewelry with clasps or snags.
Decorations are welcome as long as they’re minimal and easy to clear, and nothing can be tied to the reformers. Drinks are fine in fully reclosable containers, but no open drinks or food on the studio floor. Light snacks can be set up in the lobby before or after class. Please clear everything by the end of your reserved time.
Yes. All guests must register using a link we provide and complete a liability waiver before the event. Guests who haven't signed up will need to complete the process in the lobby, which delays your start time.
Cancellations 14+ days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, payments are non-refundable. We're happy to help reschedule subject to availability.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. Late arrivals won't extend your session.
We'll do our best to accommodate preferences. Let us know in your inquiry and we'll check availability.
If your group stays more than 25 minutes past the end of your booked time, we charge for another hour ($450). We’ll go over this when you book.
