★ 11 five-star reviewsI used to think exercise was just for masochists, and that working out meant running on a treadmill then wandering around the gym looking at the machines. When I discovered low-impact fitness classes in college, I loved how fitness can actually feel empowering rather than defeating. I have been teaching barre since 2017, and in mid-2025 I graduated the apprenticeship program at The Studio with Jaclyn and completed my comprehensive Pilates certification. My favorite aspect of Pilates is the emphasis on the spine and the postural benefits. My classes are upbeat with bumpin' playlists, and I want everyone to leave class feeling accomplished.
