About Minji

Minji has practiced Pilates for nearly a decade and has taught for two years, after completing a 500-hour comprehensive training and apprenticeship. She came to Pilates during recovery from a car-accident knee injury, and found it transformed her muscle tone, strength, and overall health.

Teaching style

Built around deep-muscle activation and alignment, with efficient movement that protects the spine.

Favorite exercise

Short box ab series and standing reformer work, for real burn plus stability and balance.

Fun fact

Originally from South Korea, she hikes, runs, and golfs, and is smitten with her two new kittens.
