Hands-on, muscle-precise, purposeful
Minji opens with a conversation about your goals, needs, and any limitations. From there she reads how you move and where you're starting, and hands back real feedback before the session ends.
Hands-on cueing tailored to your body, and the muscle-by-muscle awareness that only builds one-on-one. Every apparatus, especially the Wunda chair, spine corrector, and Cadillac you won't touch in group class.
You want to understand exactly what your body is doing, not just get through the moves. Beginners finding their footing and experienced movers ready to refine are equally at home with Minji. Head-down and focused suits her best.
All business in the best way. Head-down during the work, encouraging when you need it.
“Hands-on, encouraging, and focused on helping clients understand exactly how to move and what muscles they should be using.”
