Lexxi discovered Pilates while easing back to movement after a hit-and-run left her with a herniated disc and knee bursitis. A former heavy lifter, she fell for the method on her first class at The Studio, drawn in by the community and the calm of the space, and earned her 500-hour comprehensive certification in 2024.
