Quick questions.

When does the next program start?
The next intake of our comprehensive teacher training program is planned for 2027. Specific start date, full tuition, and the application window will be announced to waitlist members first.
Why the 2027 timeline?
We run our training program every couple of years rather than continuously, which lets our faculty stay focused on teaching their own classes (and lets the new cohort get the attention they deserve). The 2027 cohort will have applications open in early 2027.
What's the curriculum cover?
Reformer (the core of the program), Tower, Mat, and Pilates apparatus. Anatomy + biomechanics, teaching methodology, special populations (prenatal, postnatal, seniors, injury), and the business of teaching. Full curriculum + hour breakdown will be published with the application.
How much does it cost?
Final 2027 tuition will be confirmed and shared with waitlist members first. Payment plans and partial scholarships have been part of every previous cohort and will be available again.
What are the prerequisites?
A year+ of consistent Pilates practice (ideally on the reformer), basic body-awareness, willingness to commit ~10 hours/week to the program for 9-12 months, and a love of the work.
Do I get to teach at The Studio after?
Graduates are eligible to interview for instructor positions at The Studio Pilates. We hire from our own program when there's a fit, it's one of the reasons we run our own training.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, joining the waitlist is the way to be first to know when applications open in 2027. We'll also share curriculum updates, reading list, and Q&A opportunities for waitlist members.
