Where it all started.
Our Emory location is the cozy, community-driven space that started The Studio Pilates back in 2020. In 2023 we expanded next door, adding a second group room (Studio B, 10 reformer/tower combos) on top of the original Studio A (12 reformers). Natural light, premium Balanced Body equipment, and a welcoming vibe. The kind of place where you know your neighbor on the reformer next to you by name within a few classes.
Beyond the two group rooms, we have a 3-person semiprivate room with reformer/tower combos and a private training room with a Cadillac, Pilates chairs, and a ladder barrel for solo 1-on-1 sessions. Every class is taught by one of our certified instructors, specializing in everything from injury rehab to athletic performance. Whether you live in Druid Hills, Decatur, Virginia-Highland, or anywhere in the Emory area, we're your neighborhood Pilates studio.

I’ve been going to the Studio for almost two years and have only the best things to say. From the ownership to instructors to the front desk everyone is a star. You see fitness studios who tout community and roll your eyes- but The Studio really means that. Everyone knows my name, they all stop and chat, they notice when I haven’t come as often, and they genuinely care to solve problems. I am fat and have a chronic illness and I NEVER saw myself as someone who belonged at a Pilates studio. But then I went and it turns out I belong. The instructors never made me feel embarrassed for modifying or taking breaks. They talked to me about what made sense for me. Kelli, the owner, has helped me with getting modified tools and techniques to support my journey. The Studio gave me the confidence to go to the gym, take up yoga, and try tennis. Because this space really is for everyone and it showed me that anyone can be athletic, healthy, and support their body. I have recommended this space to many people who are often marginalized from traditional fitness spaces and they all love the studio. The Studio understands that inclusivity is wellness. So if you’re looking for a Pilates studio that feels like a best friend- this is the place. And yeah if you just want a killer workout this is also the right place. Special shout out to Neal, Laura, Ajolla, and Chloe. ❤️
Would love to give this place an actual review but unfortunately I have chronic illnesses which means i had to choose between exercising while actively sick or being charged $30. It’s a real shame because it seems like an otherwise lovely place. :/
Been taking classes here since February and I absolutely love The Studio! Many options for intensity level as well as lots of different instructors to keep it fun! The studio is always spotless and the staff is super friendly.
I love studio pilates! i have been going for about a year currently and I have no complaints. The staff is always so amazing, the vibes are there, and the workout is so nice. I recently had my 25th class and they gifted me with free socks and some guest passes and it was just so sweet, I felt very special. The studio is very bright and clean (Emory and West Midtown) and I have even decided to buy a membership and I am very excited.
