Reformer Track
The core progression
- Intro to Reformer Start here · no prereq Max 2 intros per client.
- Signature · Level I 1 Intro or prior reformer experience.
- Signature · Level 1.5 1+ Level I class. Bridge to Level II.
- Signature · Level II 5+ Level I or Intro classes required.
- Signature · Level 2.5 20+ Level I or 1.5 classes. 3 max, semi-private.
- Signature · Level III 20+ Level I or 1.5 classes.
Tower Track
Spring resistance system
- Intro to Tower Start here · no prereq Semi-private, 3 max for extra guidance.
- Signature Tower · Level I Intro to Tower or prior reformer experience.
- Signature Tower · Level II 5+ Tower Level I or Intro classes. Same level-II rules as Reformer.

- Reformer Sculpt · Level I Comfortable in Level I.
- Reformer Sculpt · Level II 5+ Level I or Intro classes.
- Reformer × Tower · Level II 5+ Level I or Intro classes.
- Tower Sculpt · Level II 5+ Tower Level I or Intro classes.
- Glutes & Abs Level I — comfortable in Level I. Level II / Tower II — 5+ Level I or Intro classes.

Cardio & Power
High intensity, low impact
- Reformer HIIT Reformer experience required. Not recommended during pregnancy.
- Jumpboard Reformer experience required. Not recommended during pregnancy.

- Mom Club (Prenatal & Postpartum) All levels — 5 prenatal + 5 postpartum spots.
