Group Reformer Classes in Atlanta

Group Classes

We offer multi-level classes at all intensity levels, so you’ll feel welcome in any session. Each teacher gives you their take on our signature style and no class is ever the same. We’ll guide the class through a sequence of exercises with layered progressions so newbies and seasoned movers will be challenged and supported appropriately.

You know you best, so we invite you to listen to your body and work at your own pace alongside others. All classes are 50 minutes unless specified.

Private Training

You don’t have to have to know what you’re doing to try out private training. We’ll start by digging into your goals and what’s important to you, and then we’ll tailor a training plan to your needs. With customized training plans, private sessions are a great option for anyone, but they’re especially perfect for you if you’re: 

Curious: If you’re ready to learn more about Pilates and go deeper in your training, private sessions are a great option. 

Recovering: If you’re working through an injury or dealing with persistent pain, a private session is a great way to get a movement experience based on your needs and create a pathway to where you’d like to be. 

An Athlete: We give you super cool Pilates and mobility moves with a sports-specific focus. Our goal with this training is to keep your body feeling strong and ready for the wild and wonderful things you throw at it.

Group Classes

Intro to Pilates

INTENSITY LEVEL: LOW

A must for anyone brand new to pilates. Our beginner, semiprivate (3 people max) classes are in a fun, safe space to familiarize yourself with the Reformer, basic Pilates vocabulary and the fundamental movement philosophy of Pilates.

This is a great first step so you will feel confident joining your first Level 1 group class.

Level 1

INTENSITY LEVEL: MODERATE

Our Signature Level 1 class offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer. Suitable for novice clients who would like to feel more confidence on the reformer, but are past our introductory class. Also suitable for experienced clients who would like a less strenuous workout. This full body workout allows you to build strength while improving flexibility and posture

Level 2

INTENSITY LEVEL: MODERATE

Our signature Level 2 class offers a contemporary approach to classical exercises on the Pilates reformer. You’re ready for Level 2 classes when you can do most exercises in the Level 1 class fairly easily, with good form, and without a lot of explanation. Level 2 classes will integrate more intermediate level exercises. Intermediate exercises generally require more strength and coordination as well as weight bearing and balance.

Level 3

INTENSITY LEVEL: HIGH

This advanced reformer class offers a fast-paced progression through variations of classic reformer exercises and challenging balance sequences.

Prerequisite: 5+ Signature 1, 20+ Signature 2 classes

Jumpboard

INTENSITY LEVEL: HIGH

A cardio workout with minimal impact on your joints. Using a padded footplate, you will alternate between traditional Pilates exercises and jumping while laying on the reformer.

Private Training

Single

One

One-on-one private training allows you to choose exactly what you’d like to focus on during your session. Try it out by purchasing a single private session, or save by grabbing a bundle of 5 or 10 sessions.

Duet

Two

A duet session is conducted with one instructor and two students. Try it out by purchasing a single private session, or save by grabbing a bundle of 5 or 10 sessions.

Trio (up to 3)

Three

Our trio sessions include one instructor and up to three students. Try it out by purchasing a single private session, or save by grabbing a bundle of 5 or 10 sessions.
