Meet Maddie
Maddie discovered Pilates in college after being diagnosed with scoliosis and quickly fell in love with it as a form of physical therapy. Determined to fix her spine herself, she got certified at 20 while still attending college. She saw the healing effects Pilates had on her own body and wanted to help others feel strong and confident as well. After graduating from Auburn University last spring, she moved to Atlanta to pursue her passion for Pilates.
Maddie’s Teaching Style? Maddie’s teaching style is often described as “Hard but Fun.” She loves giving her classes a challenge while always offering modifications so everyone can work at their own pace. She enjoys keeping the energy light with jokes, shoutouts, and playful cueing techniques!
Maddie’s Favorite Pilates Exercise? Anything glutes…. but especially bridging! I love a spicy bridge series and will always preach the importance of a strong posterior chain.
Maddie’s Playlist Might Include:I love making new playlists each month to keep things fresh and exciting! From RnB to Pop to Rap, I love adding variety to my playlists and keeping the vibes upbeat.
Fun Fact: I grew up in Florida for my entire life and saw snow only for the first time this year in ATL (if we can even count it) When in Florida I love boating, fishing and diving. Basically anything under the sun and on the water!
