Meet Aaryn

It only took one class for me to fall in love with Pilates. After a car accident, years spent behind a desk, and wobbly knees from competitive cheerleading, I discovered that Pilates helped me build strength (in the often overlooked muscles) and connect to my body in a way I hadn’t before.

I pursued teacher training to better understand and improve my own practice; but It didn’t take long to realize I wanted to share my passion for Pilates with others. I completed my 500+ hour Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body, and graduated from the Mentorship program at The Studio this year! I’m an Engineering Program Manager by day so you will find me teaching at night.

Creating a safe space for people to explore the method is very important to me. The hope is that I can leave people better than I found em’ ❤️

Aaryn’s Teaching Style? Energetic and supportive. My classes:  challenging, & intentional.

Aaryn’s Favorite Exercise? Teaser because it challenges coordination & balance, improves spinal mobility, and strengthens the abdominals & hip flexors.

Fun Fact: I love fashion and used to develop a women’s apparel line for a major retailer. I also love trying new recipes and restaurants. Recommendations are always welcomed!
