Our class
formats.
Every class we teach, what it feels like, and what you need before you book it.
How levels work
Three steps.
One count.
You move up by how many classes you take. Your next level opens on its own the morning after you reach the count, so there’s nothing to ask for.

Moving up
Good to know
before you book.
- Higher levels move faster.Everyone needs to know their spring settings and the exercise names, so class keeps moving. New to a level? Drop down one and you’ll fly through it next time.
- Reformer and tower count separately.Reformer classes open reformer levels and tower classes open tower levels. Reformer x Tower II takes either.
- Megaformer classes don’t count. It’s a different machine with different exercises, cues and springs.
- Took reformer somewhere else?Message the front desk and we can look at moving you up.
