Pride Month at The Studio: Pilates for Queer Bodies and a raffle for Lost-N-Found Youth

Two community classes, body-neutral and sliding scale, taught by Laura Caffrey, plus a raffle benefiting Lost-N-Found Youth Atlanta. Here is everything happening for Pride Month at our Pilates studios in Atlanta.

Pride Month means a lot to us, not just as a Pilates studio in Atlanta, but as a community that believes movement belongs to everyone, exactly as they are. Here is what is happening for Pride at The Studio: two community classes, a raffle, and a fundraiser benefiting Lost-N-Found Youth Atlanta.

Pilates for Queer Bodies

We are hosting two community Pilates classes led by Laura Caffrey (they/them) to raise funds for Lost-N-Found Youth, the Atlanta nonprofit supporting LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness in our city.

These are joyful, body-neutral, gender-inclusive classes on the reformer. Sliding scale pricing, all skill levels welcome, and 100% of proceeds go to LFY. If reformer Pilates feels intimidating, this is a softer way in.

Why Lost-N-Found Youth

Atlanta has one of the highest rates of LGBTQ+ youth homelessness in the country. LFY runs a 24-hour youth shelter, a host home program, a drop-in center, and prevention services — the practical infrastructure that keeps young people safe while they figure out what is next. We have wanted to support them for a while; Pride Month is the right moment to do it with you.

Help shape what is next

Our bi-annual studio survey is open. Three honest minutes. We read every single response, and your answers shape the schedule, the playlists, and the way we run this place. Take the survey here.

Refer a friend, both of you win

Your Momence profile has a personal Refer & Earn link built right in. Open the app, tap our studio profile, and you will see it next to Message. When you refer a friend:

  • They get a free class credit the moment they sign up. Their first class is on us.
  • You get $30 in account credit once they spend $90 or more. Apply it to your next renewal or any purchase.

Coming in July: something fun is cooking

Remember McDonald’s Monopoly? We are bringing that energy to The Studio. A scratch-off challenge, spanning both Pilates studios, with prizes to collect and cash in. More on this very soon.

See you in the studios

Whether you join us for a Pride class, buy a raffle ticket, or simply share this with someone who needs it, thank you. Pride is louder when we show up together, and our small group Pilates community is one of the best places we know to do that. New to The Studio?
