Meet Kali
My love for fitness started early as a competitive gymnast and dancer. After receiving my Medical degree, I continued my quest in health and wellness by treating injuries as an orthopedic surgeon and preventing them by sharing her knowledge of mindful movement through fitness. I’m a 600HR certified Pilates instructor, 200HR Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master Practitioner. I also hold certifications in barre, group fitness, and Redcord suspension training. I specializes in bringing mindfulness and stress release through Pilates, yoga, and meditation. I am also the owner of a yoga studio, Sati Yoga & Wellness, located in Kirkwood.
Kali’s Teaching Style? I am an intuitive teacher. I get a sense of what the class or individual needs and tailor the workout to fit those needs.
Kali’s Favorite Pilates? Shoulder Roll Down with the spring loaded push-thru bar on the tower. It never fails to release any tightness in my lower back.
Fun fact: I was one of the original members of the Abby Lee Dance Company as seen on the tv show Dance Moms
