I am new. What is the offer at West Midtown?
For clients who are new to us: 8 classes a month for $95 a month, for three months. You can book your classes in advance, so you get the days and times you want, and the plan ends on its own after three months. After that, you choose whichever membership fits you.
I am new. What is the offer at Emory?
Your first month is 8 classes for $90. After your first month, you choose whichever membership fits your schedule, or we will happily walk you through what we suggest based on how many classes felt like a good pace.
I am already a member. What do I get?
The Semester Pass. One payment equal to three months of your current rate, and you train at the next tier up all fall. For example, an 8x member pays $600 and receives 12 classes a month for three months. Same money, more classes. Even members on a discounted rate qualify: you pay the standard prepay to lock in the tier up, and for a small amount more you get significantly more classes than you would staying on your current plan.
Can I skip a tier? For example, I am on 4x but want to jump to 12x.
Yes. You can pick any Semester Pass tier above your current plan. If you are on 4x and want to jump to 12x, you would lock in at the 8x monthly rate: one payment of $600 for three months of 12x. Same idea if you want to go straight to Unlimited from 4x or 8x. You would pay the 12x rate ($750) for three months of unlimited access. Reach out and we will walk through which Pass fits what you want to do this fall.
How does the Semester Pass work with my current membership?
We handle everything. The Pass cannot be stacked at the end of your current contract. Instead, we switch your current plan into the Pass, turn off your current auto-renew, and any classes you have already booked stay on your schedule. Please note that switching to a Semester Pass ends any current discount you are on permanently, so if you want to see the numbers for your specific account first, reach out and we will walk you through them.
How soon do I need to start my Semester Pass?
Your Pass activates on the first class you book within 30 days of purchase. If you have not booked a class by day 30, it activates automatically on day 30 anyway. The 30-day timer starts the moment you buy and cannot be paused or stacked behind a current contract. So if you are not going to be at the studio within 30 days, please hold off on buying and reach out to us instead. There are no renewal charges after the first payment, and the membership ends three months from your start date.
I am on Unlimited. Is there something for me?
Yes. Prepay your next three months of Unlimited in one payment of $1,000. You save $50 compared to the regular $350/mo Unlimited rate, or $125 if you are on the $375/mo month-to-month rate. No renewal charges after the payment, and the plan ends on its own after three months.
I used to come to West Midtown. Is there anything for me?
We would love to have you back. Returning West Midtown clients can use the 8 classes a month for $95 a month offer through Friday, August 21. Reach out and we will set it up for you.
I used to come to Emory. Is there anything for me?
We would love to have you back. Returning Emory clients can pick a Semester Pass at any tier (8x, 12x, or Unlimited), prepay one time, and train there all fall. Reach out and we will help you pick the right tier for your schedule.
I have a class pack. Can I trade it in?
Our formal Pack Trade-In launches in September and we will reach out to pack holders directly when it opens. If you would like to jump on this sale now instead of waiting, you can join any membership during the sale and your existing pack classes stay on your account. They do not disappear. Text or email us and we will set it up for you.
What happens when my three months end?
The Fall Reset ends on its own after three months, and every Semester Pass ends automatically three months from your start date. Nothing renews or auto-charges. For Pass members, we will reach out before your Pass wraps up to help you choose what comes next.
My membership rate is a little different from the standard prices. Can I still get the Semester Pass?
Yes. Any rate qualifies. You pay the standard Semester Pass prepay to lock in the tier up, so if you are on a discount you pay a small amount more than you would staying on your current plan. Most members still come out ahead because you receive significantly more classes over the three months. Reach out and we will walk through your numbers before you buy.
I am on a grandfathered rate. Can I take the sale?
The sale does not apply to grandfathered plans directly. You cannot keep your grandfathered rate and take a Semester Pass on top. You can switch to a Semester Pass at the standard prepay, but the moment you do your grandfathered plan lapses for good and cannot be brought back later. Please make sure you understand that before you buy. Reach out and we will walk through the numbers with you first.
Can I freeze my current membership to take the sale, or take it while frozen?
No on both. Freezing your current membership is not a path to the sale. What you can do is switch your current membership into a Semester Pass: we turn off your current auto-renew, the Pass takes over, and any classes you have booked stay on your schedule. If your account is currently frozen, please reach out to the desk directly and we will walk you through your options.
Can I freeze my Semester Pass if I get sick or have to travel?
We are not able to freeze prepaid Semester Passes, and we want to be upfront about that. If something serious comes up during your three months (a health issue or a real emergency), we can end your Pass early and return the prorated amount to your account as a credit you can use whenever you are ready to come back. Refunds back to your card are not available on these prepaid plans. Reach out anytime and we will figure it out with you.
Can I use my Semester Pass WM at Emory?
Semester Passes are studio-specific. A Semester Pass WM works at our West Midtown studio only. If you want to train at both studios during the sale, reach out and we will help you find the right setup.
