Master the movement
Intensity Level: Low --> Moderate
(you control the dial)
Who it’s for: New to Pilates or fine-tuning form. Level I isn’t easier, just slower paced. With progressions offered, you control the dial to take it slow or push for the burn.
What you’ll do: Guided reformer sequences that build strength, stability, and mobility at an intentional pace. Expect time to lock in form and feel muscles working exactly where they should.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll leave taller, stronger, and more confident — ready for whatever comes next.
The Studio touch: Foundational, never boring. Smart coaching, plenty of options, and a vibe that keeps you coming back.
Level 2 classes are available after completing at least five Level 1 classes

Madelyn Clare
I have always loved movement, trying everything from basketball, to track, to gymnastics since I was a kid. In college, I wanted to find more mindful movement and decided to pursue a 200hr Power Yoga Certificate. Through a studio I was teaching at was introduced to the reformer! I fell in love with the ability to move mindfully while adding resistance. The therapeutic ability of Pilates to achieve better physical and metal wellbeing of the practitioner is so important to me, as I’ve found it very healing myself.

Lexxi Moss
Lexxi discovered Pilates after being involved in a hit & run car accident that left her with minor bursitis in one knee and a herniated disc in her lumbar spine. Before the accident, she enjoyed heavy weight lifting and cardio but was cautious about getting back into her routine and not interfering with chiropractic adjustments. And thus, her love for Pilates was born! She originally picked up Mat Pilates to learn more about the foundations until she took her first class at The Studio. The community The Studio has to offer from the exceptionally knowledgable instructors to a beautiful and peaceful space to move, she was inspired to become an Instructor. Lexxi completed her 500-hr Comprehensive Certification in Dec 2024 and she continues to learn, grow and find enjoyment within the Contrology that Pilates brings.

This class is all about connection—through movement and community. Designed for both expecting and new moms, each class includes up to 5 prenatal and 5 postpartum spots, creating a small-group setting that’s supportive, welcoming, and real.
We start each session with a quick, optional intro so you can share where you're at—whether you're counting down to baby or figuring out nap schedules. It’s a chance for new moms to offer tips or encouragement, and for moms-to-be to connect with someone who's just a few months ahead. Then we get right into movement.
You'll be guided through exercises built to support your body during this chapter—whether you're maintaining strength during pregnancy or rebuilding after birth. Expect a focus on core, pelvic floor, back, and hips—the areas that go through the most during and after pregnancy—with movements that keep you feeling strong, capable, and safe.
After class, we encourage everyone to swing by Summit Coffee next door to keep the convo going and get to know each other outside of the studio. Because having a crew who gets it? That matters.
This isn’t just a class—it’s the start of your village.
