Intensity Level: Moderate
Who it’s for: Movers who have completed at least five Level I classes and are ready to build on their foundation with more challenge and variety.
What you’ll do: This class takes the fundamentals from Level I and turns them up with added balance work, more complex choreography, increased coordination demands, and a faster flow. Expect sequences that keep you focused and moving with precision.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll deepen your strength and stamina while developing control, rhythm, and confidence in more dynamic reformer work.
The Studio touch: Challenging but supportive. We bring creativity and intensity, you bring the focus.

Who it’s for: Perfect if you’re newer to Pilates, want to slow it down or refocus on mastering form. Level I classes are your go to for building strength and confidence at any point in your journey.
What you’ll do: Expect a focused, low-impact flow that balances ab work with targeted seat strengthening. Guided reformer sequences with intentional pacing help you build control and confidence without ever feeling rushed.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll leave feeling steadier, taller, and stronger through the muscles that support you most.
The Studio touch: Think of this as your Pilates launchpad: supportive, effective, and just the right amount of burn
Take Note:
-Pregnancy note: You’re welcome to take this class if you’re in your first trimester (weeks 0–13). Not recommended for later pregnancy to help prevent diastasis recti.

After years of moving cities for school and work, she struggled to find a consistent health and fitness routine - until she discovered Pilates. It became the one constant that helped her strengthen body and mind, ultimately inspiring her to earn her comprehensive certification in 2024. 										Ready, Sweat, Go! An intermediate level Reformer Class, taken up a notch with weights, props and REPS to sculpt those muscles and build a sweat. 
 
Reformer Sculpt is taught at a similar pace and intensity to our Signature Level 2 classes. You're ready for a Reformer Sculpt class when you can do most exercises in the Reformer Level 1 class fairly easily, with good form, and without a lot of explanation.
 
Intermediate exercises generally require more strength and coordination as well as weight bearing and balance.
 
If you are new to Reformer please do not book this class. 
If you are in your first and second trimester you are welcome to attend these classes. Allowed weeks 0-13 of pregnancy only.

										Taught by one of our apprentice instructors. Level 3 Reformer Pilates is the culmination of your Pilates journey, designed for the most dedicated practitioners who have conquered Level 2. In this class, we cut to the chase, focusing on challenging, advanced movement.
Led by our seasoned instructor, you'll push your limits, refine your technique, and master the most intricate Pilates repertoire. Level 3 is where you'll test your strength and precision, showcasing your hard-earned skills.
This is the pinnacle of Pilates mastery, where you've earned the right to tackle the most demanding exercises. If you've made it this far, you're ready for the ultimate challenge.
 
Prerequisite: 5+ Signature 1 AND 20+ Signature 2 or intermediate repetoire classes (Glutes & Abs, Arms & Thighs, Jumpboard & 2.5. Megaformer classes at other studios will not qualify for pre-reqs. Please contact us if you have questions. questions@thestudiopilates.com

What you’ll do: Guided reformer sequences that build strength, stability, and mobility at an intentional pace. Expect time to lock in form and feel muscles working exactly where they should.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll leave taller, stronger, and more confident — ready for whatever comes next.

Maddie DeMay
Maddie discovered Pilates in college after being diagnosed with scoliosis and quickly fell in love with it as a form of physical therapy. Determined to fix her spine herself, she got certified at 20 while still attending college. She saw the healing effects Pilates had on her own body and wanted to help others feel strong and confident as well. After graduating from Auburn University last spring, she moved to Atlanta to pursue her passion for Pilates.
