Tower Level 2 is a high intermediate class, equivalent in challenge to our Signature Level 2.5. Itβs built for clients who are consistent, confident, and ready to flow with fewer pauses and more complexityβincluding full-body spring resistance, advanced spinal articulation, and creative coordination challenges.
Prerequisite:
βοΈ 10+ Level 1 Tower classes
βοΈ At least 1 Intro to Tower class (so youβre comfy with the setup)
If youβre new to Tower or still getting the hang of springs, we recommend starting with Level 1 to build a strong foundation before moving into this faster-paced format.
Pregnancy Policy:
You're welcome to attend during your first trimester, but once you enter your second or third trimester, we ask that you pause Tower classes for safety. (The springs donβt play.)

I have always loved movement, trying everything from basketball, to track, to gymnastics since I was a kid. In college, I wanted to find more mindful movement and decided to pursue a 200hr Power Yoga Certificate. Through a studio I was teaching at was introduced to the reformer! I fell in love with the ability to move mindfully while adding resistance. The therapeutic ability of Pilates to achieve better physical and metal wellbeing of the practitioner is so important to me, as Iβve found it very healing myself.

The Signature Level 2.5 helps bridge the gap between Level 2 and Level 3. This semi-private (3 people max) class will introduce you to advanced exercises taught in level 3 so you can feel confident progressing into a level 3 group class.
This advanced reformer class offers a fast-paced progression through variations of classic reformer exercises and challenging balance sequences.
Prerequisite: 5+ Signature 1, 20+ Signature 2, or jumpboard classes. Megaformer classes will not count towards this class level.
This class is not recommended for any trimester of pregnancy.

Determined to fix her spine herself, she got certified at 20 while still attending college. Ready to elevate your Pilates practice? Immerse yourself in our 50-minute Tower Level 1 class. This is an intermediate level class and recommended to follow an Intro to Tower class. Designed for those familiar with foundational exercises, this class delves deeper, offering a blend of intermediate Tower techniques. Engage in specialized repertoire such as the Roll-Down, Push Through, and Leg Springs, to name a few. With a blend of precision footwork, strategic upper and lower body sequences, and intricate stability work, Tower Level 1 promises a dynamic progression towards more advanced movements in Tower Level 2.
Not recommended for pregnancy past 12 weeks.

Level 3 Reformer Pilates is the culmination of your Pilates journey, designed for the most dedicated practitioners who have conquered Level 2. In this class, we cut to the chase, focusing on challenging, advanced movement.
Led by our seasoned instructor, you'll push your limits, refine your technique, and master the most intricate Pilates repertoire. Level 3 is where you'll test your strength and precision, showcasing your hard-earned skills.
This is the pinnacle of Pilates mastery, where you've earned the right to tackle the most demanding exercises. If you've made it this far, you're ready for the ultimate challenge.

It only took one class for me to fall in love with Pilates. After a car accident, years spent behind a desk, and wobbly knees from competitive cheerleading, I discovered that Pilates helped me build strength (in the often overlooked muscles) and connect to my body in a way I hadnβt before.
I pursued teacher training to better understand and improve my own practice; but It didnβt take long to realize I wanted to share my passion for Pilates with others. I completed my 500+ hour Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body, and graduated from the Mentorship program at The Studio this year! Iβm an Engineering Program Manager by day so you will find me teaching at night.
Creating a safe space for people to explore the method is very important to me. The hope is that I can leave people better than I found emβ β€οΈ
