Foundational work
Intensity Level: Low --> Moderate
(but can flex up or down)
Who itβs for: New to Pilates or fine-tuning form. Level I isnβt easier, just slower paced. With progressions offered, you control the dial to take it slow or push for the burn.
What youβll do: Guided reformer sequences that build strength, stability, and mobility at an intentional pace. Expect time to lock in form and feel muscles working exactly where they should.
Why youβll love it: Youβll leave taller, stronger, and more confident β ready for whatever comes next.
The Studio touch: Foundational, never boring. Smart coaching, plenty of options, and a vibe that keeps you coming back.
Level 2 classes are available after completing at least five Level 1 classes

An avid advocate for inclusivity and the queer community, Laura brings a motivating tenderness to their classes, always guiding others with joy and dignity.
