"Turn up the heat — strength for your core and seat"
Intensity Level: Low -> Moderate
Who it’s for: Perfect if you’re newer to Pilates, want to slow it down or refocus on mastering form. Level I classes are your go to for building strength and confidence at any point in your journey.
What you’ll do: Expect a focused, low-impact flow that balances ab work with targeted seat strengthening. Guided reformer sequences with intentional pacing help you build control and confidence without ever feeling rushed.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll leave feeling steadier, taller, and stronger through the muscles that support you most.
The Studio touch: Think of this as your Pilates launchpad: supportive, effective, and just the right amount of burn
Take Note:
-Pregnancy note: You’re welcome to take this class if you’re in your first trimester (weeks 0–13). Not recommended for later pregnancy to help prevent diastasis recti.
-New to reformer? We recommend starting with an Intro!
Wondering what level you belong in? Feel free to reach out to us before booking! questions@thestudiopilates.com. We would be happy to direct you to a class that's a good match for your skill level.
Complete at least five Level 1 classes — whether Glutes & Abs I or any of our other Level 1 options — before moving into Level 2

Sara Steere
I was introduced to Pilates while working the front desk at a studio in college. As I started taking classes, I was drawn to the intentional movements and mind-body connection. I’ve been a runner my whole life, and always valued “fast” over “form”. With consistent practice, I noticed a significant decrease in knee and hip pain from years of high impact activity. I knew it was a community I wanted to be a part of, so I jumped right into teacher training. I received my comprehensive certification in 2021 and have been teaching ever since!

Who it’s for: Movers who have completed at least five Level I classes and are ready to build on their foundation with more challenge and variety.
What you’ll do: This class takes the fundamentals from Level I and turns them up with added balance work, more complex choreography, increased coordination demands, and a faster flow. Expect sequences that keep you focused and moving with precision.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll deepen your strength and stamina while developing control, rhythm, and confidence in more dynamic reformer work.
The Studio touch: Challenging but supportive. We bring creativity and intensity, you bring the focus.

Tower Level 2 is a high intermediate class, equivalent in challenge to our Signature Level 2.5. It’s built for clients who are consistent, confident, and ready to flow with fewer pauses and more complexity—including full-body spring resistance, advanced spinal articulation, and creative coordination challenges.
Prerequisite:
✔️ 10+ Level 1 Tower classes
✔️ At least 1 Intro to Tower class (so you’re comfy with the setup)
If you’re new to Tower or still getting the hang of springs, we recommend starting with Level 1 to build a strong foundation before moving into this faster-paced format.
Pregnancy Policy:
You're welcome to attend during your first trimester, but once you enter your second or third trimester, we ask that you pause Tower classes for safety. (The springs don’t play.)
Not sure if you’re ready?
Reach out to our front desk team at questions@thestudiopilates.com—we’re happy to help place you in the right class!
Intensity Level: Moderate–High
Flow Level: Moderate–Fast, with less instructor breakdown

Madelyn Clare
I have always loved movement, trying everything from basketball, to track, to gymnastics since I was a kid. In college, I wanted to find more mindful movement and decided to pursue a 200hr Power Yoga Certificate. Through a studio I was teaching at was introduced to the reformer! I fell in love with the ability to move mindfully while adding resistance. The therapeutic ability of Pilates to achieve better physical and metal wellbeing of the practitioner is so important to me, as I’ve found it very healing myself.

Master the movement
Intensity Level: Low --> Moderate
(you control the dial)
Who it’s for: New to Pilates or fine-tuning form. Level I isn’t easier, just slower paced. With progressions offered, you control the dial to take it slow or push for the burn.
What you’ll do: Guided reformer sequences that build strength, stability, and mobility at an intentional pace. Expect time to lock in form and feel muscles working exactly where they should.
Why you’ll love it: You’ll leave taller, stronger, and more confident — ready for whatever comes next.
The Studio touch: Foundational, never boring. Smart coaching, plenty of options, and a vibe that keeps you coming back.
Level 2 classes are available after completing at least five Level 1 classes
