When you love Reformer and you love Tower, why not have the best of both worlds! Our instructors will take you through an intermediate level flow on our reformers while incorporating your favorite elements of the tower.
Reformer x Tower is taught at a similar pace and intensity to our Signature Level 2 classes. You're ready for Reformer x Tower when you can do most exercises in the Level 1 class fairly easily, with good form, and without a lot of explanation.
Intermediate exercises generally require more strength and coordination as well as weight bearing and balance.
If you new to tower please do not book this class.
Wondering what level you belong in? Feel free to reach out to us before booking! We would be happy to direct you to a class that's a good match for your skill level.

Olivia Cappelletti
Iβve always loved being active, but I truly fell in love with Pilates after starting work post-college. Sitting for long periods made me appreciate how Pilates both strengthens and stretches the body, building stability while restoring the spine, opening the chest, and creating balance. Beyond just movement, Pilates has been a way to reconnect with both the mind and body, offering a holistic approach to movement. I completed my comprehensive training at Gramercy Pilates in New York before moving back to Atlanta. The most rewarding part of teaching for me is helping people feel stronger, more connected to themselves, and truly enjoy movement in a way that supports their long-term health.
