I have been teaching fitness for almost a decade. I’m an advocate for holistic fitness, and my journey stemmed from my own personal challenges with body negativity and a relatable journey down the path of diet and fitness fads. After sustaining injuries from overtraining and cyclical diets, I decided to listen to my heart and body which led me to Pilates classes. My workouts are tough, but focused on proper form and keeping the mood light and fun.
Samantha’s Teaching Style? Athletic with a focus on mobility and form.
Samantha’s Favorite Pilates Exercise? Footwork on the tower because it strengthens your legs as well as actively stretches them at the same time.
Fun Facts: I love doing crafts, making floral arrangements, and drying flowers. You can also find me intention setting, lighting candles, and journaling on full moons. I’m a little witchy : )
