Our Emory location is a cozy, community-driven space designed for small group reformer Pilates classes. With natural light, premium Balanced Body reformers, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's the kind of place where you'll know your neighbors on the reformer next to you by name within a few classes.

We offer group classes (up to 12 reformers) and semi-private sessions with certified instructors who specialize in everything from injury rehabilitation to athletic performance. Whether you live in Druid Hills, Decatur, Virginia-Highland, or anywhere in the Emory area, we're your neighborhood Pilates studio.

Our Emory schedule runs 7 days a week with early morning, midday, and evening classes to fit your schedule. Every class uses reformer equipment and is led by one of our certified trainers. New to Pilates? Start with an intro class — no experience required.

Emory memberships & pricing

Our membership plans start at $130/month for 4 classes and go up to unlimited for $375/month. We also offer flexible class packs if you prefer no commitment. All Emory memberships include access to our Emory location — or upgrade to a Both Studios membership to train at West Midtown too.
