Meet Madelyn

Madelyn has always been drawn to movement—from basketball and track to gymnastics, she’s explored it all since childhood. While in college, her passion evolved toward more intentional practices, leading her to complete a 200-hour Power Yoga certification. It was during this time, while teaching at a local studio, that she was introduced to the reformer—and it was love at first lunge.

Madelyn was instantly hooked by the combination of mindful movement and resistance training. She believes deeply in the therapeutic power of Pilates to support both physical and mental well-being, a benefit she’s experienced firsthand. Her teaching style reflects this belief, offering clients a space to move with purpose, find strength, and feel restored.

Madelyn’s Teaching Style? Lots of breath cueing and anatomy jargon — come prepared to move and increase that mind-body connection.

Madelyn’s Favorite Pilates Exercise? Anything with obliques!

Madelyn’s Playlist Might Include: Disco and Kendrick Lamar — with the occasional Sabrina Carpenter song!  🙂

Fun Fact: I also love trying new restaurants and hiking spots in Atlanta!
