What Is a Studio Buyout?
A Studio Buyout is a private Pilates class reserved exclusively for your group. The studio, instructor, and front desk team are all dedicated to your event during the reserved time.
Buyouts are perfect for:
Birthdays
Bachelorettes
Corporate wellness
Team outings
Friend groups looking for a private experience
Pricing & Duration
$450 per hour
Available in 1, 2, or 3-hour blocks
Pricing is the same at all locations
Important timing note:
If your group remains in the studio more than 25 minutes past the end of your paid time, an additional hour will be charged.

West Midtown
1 studio
14 reformers
Max capacity: 14 guests
Emory Location
Two studio options available for private buyouts:
Studio A: 12 reformers (max 12 guests)
Studio B: 10 reformer / tower combos (max 10 guests)
Capacity is firm and based on equipment availability.
Booking & Payment Terms
Payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to your buyout date to reserve the space and secure an instructor.
Buyouts requested within 21 days of the event date are considered Rush Buyouts and include an additional $100 rush fee to accommodate expedited scheduling and coordination.
Your buyout is not confirmed until payment is complete.
Guest Sign-Ups & Waivers (Very Important)
All attendees must be signed up before arrival so waivers are completed in advance.
A signup link will be provided after your buyout is confirmed.
If guests wait until arrival to sign up:
They must complete the process in the lobby
This cuts into your paid class time
The class will still end at the scheduled time
For the best experience, we strongly recommend sending the signup link to your guests well ahead of your event.
Decorations & Setup
Decorations are welcome with a few guidelines:
Keep decor minimal and easy to remove
No tape, ties, or attachments to reformers or equipment
Cleanup must be completed within your reserved time
Nothing may be tied, taped, or affixed to reformers or towers.
Instructor Assignment
Once your date, time, and location are confirmed:
The buyout is shared with eligible Studio Pilates instructors
An instructor will be assigned based on availability
Instructor assignment is not guaranteed until confirmed
Responsibilities of the Host
As the host of the buyout, you are responsible for:
Completing payment on time
Sharing the signup link with all guests
Ensuring guests arrive on time and ready to move
Staying within your reserved time block
Unused spots are not refundable.
Final Notes
Buyouts are private events and do not appear on the public class schedule
All studio rules and safety policies apply
