Meet Jay

I’m Jay & I have a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and helping others connect with their bodies in a meaningful way. Growing up as a competitive athlete, I was conditioned to believe that movement had to be intense, exhausting, something to push through, & get over with. But when I found Pilates, everything shifted. It taught me that movement could be just as powerful without being punishing—that strength and softness can coexist. Pilates didn’t just transform my body; it became a tool for mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall alignment of mind, body and spirit. Now, I use my practice to help others experience that same shift—one that goes beyond just working out and into a deeper connection with themselves.

Jay’s Teaching Style? My teaching style is athletic – focusing on blending functional & mindful movement. I love helping others build confidence and push past their limits in a way that feels exciting rather than exhausting. I always say, you never know until you try, and I’m here to challenge you in a supportive way to surprise yourself, explore your strength, and grow in ways you never expected.
