Meet Jaclyn
Jaclyn was a gymnast before she began ballet dancing at age 12. She started training in Pilates at 15 years old as a cross training for her professional ballet career. After seeing the benefits, she received her first certification at 18 years old. Over the past 19 years of teaching she has become a master instructor teaching world wide. With three certifications in Pilates techniques she specializes in performance development, injury prevention, post injury restoration, and goal creation.
Jaclyn’s Teaching Style? Over the years I’ve seen thousands of clients and have learned that not everyone learns the same way. I utilize tactile, verbal, and visual queuing to help everyone learn in the best possible way. I love creating paths for clients to learn and develop their posture with strength as quickly as possible. Knowledge is power and I’m here to support you in gaining strength mentally and physically!
Jaclyn’s Favorite Exercise? Stomach massage is my favorite exercise to do and teach. It is a fundamental movement that will engage your deepest abdominal muscles and helps clients quickly learn how to utilize their pelvic floor.
