Meet Khetanya

My call to fitness started with my joy for movement, expression and athleticism. I believe that your life’s purpose is powered through movement. My fitness career began in New York City and continued to blossom in Los Angeles, California where I trained powerful individuals like yourself! If I’m not sweating it out with you in the studio, you can catch me challenging my  clients on Glo, Popsugar and Movement Strength Training’s virtual platform. I’m trained and certified in formats such as Dance Cardio, Trampoline, Sculpt, Pilates MAT, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, TRX, Barre, and Boot Camp. My mission is to empower the mind and body to bring you closer to your super-powered human self.

Khetanya’s Teaching Style? Strength based with fundamental elements. I want to empower and educate each client!

Khetanya’s Favorite Pilates Exercise? The 100! It oxygenates the body, prepares the nervous system for the work ahead and it detoxifies the body.
